Sounds like your best host
Natural conversation on the phone: follow-up questions, substitutions, “no pickles,” and changes mid-order. It reads the order back before anything is placed.
AI ordering for restaurants
VoiceLynk picks up the phone, takes the order from your real menu, texts a secure payment link, and puts it on your order board. It handles the dinner rush, late nights, and every call your staff can't get to.
Try it live: call the demo line and place a pretend order. Nothing is sent to a kitchen.
VoiceLynkThanks for calling! What can I get started for you?
CallerA club sandwich and a pot roast.
VoiceLynkGot it. Small or regular on the pot roast?
CallerRegular. And no tomato on the club.
VoiceLynkWant me to text you a payment link, or pay at pickup?
CallerText me the link.
When the phone rings during a rush, someone has to choose between the guest in front of them and the one on the line.
Every minute spent reading back an order is a minute not spent cooking, bussing, or greeting guests.
Wrong sizes, forgotten modifiers, and misheard names turn into remakes and refunds.
How it works
VoiceLynk pulls in your locations, hours, and menu. You review, tweak prices or prep times, and publish.
Forward your existing number, take a dedicated one, or join a shared number for your whole group.
Every order is confirmed with the caller, lands on your live board, and triggers a confirmation text.
Features
Natural conversation on the phone: follow-up questions, substitutions, “no pickles,” and changes mid-order. It reads the order back before anything is placed.
Sizes, required choices, add-ons and market-price items come straight from your menu, so it never sells something you don't make.
Recognizes returning callers by number and offers “the same as last time?” It can charge the card they used before without anyone saying a card number out loud.
Callers choose: a secure Stripe payment link by text, or pay in person when they arrive. Confirmation and “order ready” texts go out automatically.
Quotes realistic pickup times from each location's prep buffer and slowest item, and won't take an order for when you're closed, even for late-night hours.
Catering, complaints, or anything unusual: VoiceLynk transfers the caller to your staff line with a note on why.
The same assistant takes orders in a chat on your website, with the same menu, rules and order board.
New orders land on a live board for each location, with call transcripts so you can see exactly what was said.
For restaurant groups
Run several concepts or many locations? Put them all behind one VoiceLynk number. Callers say which restaurant they want, and if it has more than one location, VoiceLynk asks for a ZIP code and suggests the closest one.
“Which location?” asks for a ZIP only when a brand has more than one.
